En trainant sur Lormahordes je suis tombé sur ça:

He has a spell to give and remove focus from enemy/friendly models.
Per Jay Larson talking to Pagani at Lock and Load. The feat only cares about focus/fury on enemy models, not friendly ones. So you attack a model, if it has no focus/fury on it you get boosted to hit, if it does have focus/fury on it you get boosted damage. So every attack will get one or the other. But it does work for out of battlegroup models like perforators and reductors and it works on melee attacks as well.

Son feat serai d'après une discussion entre Jay Larson et Pagani au L&L:
Les modèles gagnent des jet d'attaque boostés contre un modèle qui n'a pas de fury/focus sur lui et des jets de dégâts boostés si la cible a du focus/fury sur elle. Ce feat ne serai pas limité au BG donc l'infanterie en profiterai et il aurai un sort qui lui permettrai d'ajouter/retirer du focus/fury à un modèle.
Bon je n'ai aucune idée de la véracité de ceci, je laisse ça là faites-en ce que vous voulez ^^
